If your original petrol receipt faded (thermal print does that within months in Indian summers because the paper is heat-sensitive not ink-based), was lost, or was damaged, using this tool to recreate what you actually paid — with the exact rate, volume and date from your fuel-card statement — is a common and legitimate use case, and most finance teams accept a reconstructed receipt when the fuel-card statement backs it up. Zoho Expense, Fyle, Happay and SAP Concur all OCR-parse the standard OMC layout the tool produces, so re-uploading a reconstructed receipt after a faded original works with the same workflow. Submitting a generated receipt as proof of a purchase that did not happen would be fraud in most jurisdictions and can lead to disciplinary or criminal consequences — you are responsible for how you use the file.
